The Uganda Wildlife Authority has revised the prices for promotional gorilla permits that are sold for the low season. For the past 3 years there have been promotional prices for gorilla permits for prospective travelers looking to gorilla trekking in low season months of April, May and November.
The Uganda Wildlife Authority has increased the prices for tracking the mountain gorillas by US$100. The low season rates have been raised from USD$350 to USD$450 per trek.
However for chimpanzee trekking the prices have been reduced by US$50. UWA has introduced low season rates for those looking to chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest. The rates have been reduced from the usual US$150 to $100 for the months of April, May and June.
In addition to that gorilla habituation, another amazing activity has been launched in both Bwindi Impenetrable and Mgahinga national park.
